We provide substantive legal courses, workshops and curriculums in every department. In addition, we offer inter-departmental trainings and encourage associates to attend trainings offered in departments other than their own. Our training programs address not only substantive legal issues but also discrete skill sets such as writing and presentation skills. Many of our training programs also address issues of leadership and management skills.
The firm also understands the importance of mentoring to full professional development and facilitates both formal and informal mentoring relationships throughout the firm. Our mentor programs help associates not only in their day-to-day practices but also in thinking strategically and working proactively to achieve their long-term professional goals. For those moments when an objective sounding board is necessary, the professional development team provides individual coaching.
